Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please use the "Return Items?" link found next to the order within your store profile. If you did not make a store profile, one is automatically created upon completing a purchase. Use the links found on order confirmations to access your store profile.

 

Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped within 1 or 2 days. Shipment notifications and tracking numbers are normally sent within 24 hours of shipment. If you do not receive any kind of shipment notification within 4 days, please use this form for inquiries you may have.

  • Non-freight orders over $150 that deliver to the continental United States get free shipping via FedEx Ground.
  • Orders that don't qualify for free shipping and don't require freight are charged a flat shipping rate.
  • Orders that require freight are not eligible for free shipping and will most likely include a ~$115 surcharge for use of the liftgate with residential drop-off, as required by FedEx.

This store readily ships to the USA continental 48 states. If you wish to ship elsewhere, please call us at 512-225-0923 for special shipping arrangements. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Phone numbers are necessary so that we may make contact if there is an issue with the order or delivery.

When you place an order, we may estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options that are available. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Post office boxes (PO BOX) are not eligible for any type of shipping that we offer.

The government of California demands a surcharge for all in-bound, out-bound and intra-state freight deliveries. This is passed through to consumers. As such, all freight deliveries within California will incur an additional $12.00 fee.

Please note that freight rates are based on weight and size. The specifications of any such item may be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 
A shipment of 10 or more boxes to one location will trigger freight conditions; note that some items will contain more than one box (normally each fan and each pump are individually boxed).

If you foresee shipping issues, please call us at 512-225-0923 prior to completing the transaction, so that we have a chance to address the situation before collecting payment.

 

Will-Call Information
Will-call is available only to shipping addresses located in the Austin, Texas area. Freight items are eligible for will-call and will require an appropriately sized truck. Please call 512-225-0923, if you have questions.

  • When the order is ready for pickup, customer service will send an email notification.
